Radiant Vision Systems Completes Sale to Konica Minolta

REDMOND, Wash., USA – August 5, 2015 - Radiant Vision Systems, LLC (Radiant), a leading provider of test and measurement solutions to the flat panel display industry, announced the completion of its sale to Konica Minolta, Inc.

"As part of the Konica Minolta Sensing business unit, Radiant will continue to focus on its solutions for light and color measurement and visual surface inspection in the consumer electronics, display, and LED markets," stated Doug Kreysar, Chief Solutions Officer for Radiant Vision Systems. "We believe our ability to serve these rapidly growing markets will be enhanced by access to Konica Minolta’s complementary technologies, distribution channels, and universally recognized brand."

Prior to the sale, Radiant was owned by Evergreen Pacific Partners, a Seattle-based private equity firm.
