Light and Color Theory and CCD Imaging
Learn the fundamental elements of light and color, including which of these elements are most relevant to human perception. These values provide objective thresholds for assessing acceptable levels of quality in illuminated objects as measured by CCD cameras, such as imaging colorimeters and photometers, which are able to replicate and quantify human perceptions of brightness (luminance) and color (chromaticity).
In this Presentation, you will learn about:
- Introduction to Light and Color
- Instrumentation for Photometry and Colorimetry
- Characteristics of CCDs
- Limitations of CCDs
