The ProMetric® I151 delivers higher resolution and measurement precision to support the performance and throughput requirements of high-volume manufacturing lines for augmented and virtual reality displays and components. Offering a 151-megapixel (14192 x 10640) image sensor, the resolution of the system enables pixel-level measurement of displays used in AR and VR devices (LCD, OLED, microLED, and others).
